Habeeb Kayodele OMOKANYE is a Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Clinical Sciences, College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin. He is a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and also a fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College in Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery with over a decade of teaching, research, community service and administrative experience.
He has served and acted in various capacities in the university and the university teaching hospital. He is the immediate past Head of the Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery department, and former acting Head of the department of of Otorhinolaryngology. He is the current Sub-Dean of Faculty of Clinical Sciences, College of Health Sciences.
His research interest covers otorhinolaryngology; Head and neck cancer care; Airway surgery; Allergy and Endoscopic sinus surgery; Audiology and hearing.
He has publications in reputable journals, edited conference proceedings and chapters in books. He also has a patent to his credit.
